Product outline
This detector allows for high-sensitivity measurements of a small amount of sample just by bringing the lens at the tip of the optical fiber close to the sample.
The compact main body can be easily integrated into analyzers and inspection devices as a fluorescence detection unit.
It can also be used as a stand-alone detector for DNA, protein, immunity and other measurements in the biotechnology field as well as for experiments in the environment and drug discovery fields. Due to insusceptibility to ambient light, this detector can be used for measurements even in bright rooms and thus it is suitable for experiments in large rooms.
Features
- High-sensitivity measurements of traces of samples
- Allows for measurements in micro-regions (φ0.2 mm or less) with high sensitivity. (1fmol/1μL@FITC)
- Easy Measurement
- Allows for easy measurements just by bringing the probes close to a specimen.
- No Influence by Ambient Light
- Provides stable measurements even in a bright place and is best suited to experiments in large rooms, due to insusceptibility to ambient light.
- Compact
- Equipped with detection probes and a main body, both of which are compact.
- Allows for easy integration into analyzers and inspection devices as a fluorescence detection unit.
- Vibration-resistant
- Resistant to vibration because it adopts an optical fiber connection.
- Simultaneous Measurement
- Allows for simultaneous measurements of two or more fluorescent materials.
- Multiple Channels Supported
- Can be easily applied to multiple channels and easily integrated into analyzers and inspection devices as the fluorescence detection unit.
- Stable Detection
- Achieves high-sensitivity with the less variable photo diode.
